To begin, please submit a detailed wishlist of your desired item along with your budget using the form below. Once we have reviewed your request and confirmed its feasibility, we will invite you to proceed with a 500€ sourcing fee, which will be fully deducted from the final purchase price should you decide to proceed.

Once the sourcing fee is paid, we will begin the search for your item. If we are successful in locating it, an 80% deposit is required before placing the order. Please note that we must pay the full amount in advance to our partners to secure the item for you, which is why your commitment at this stage is essential.

Once the item arrives at our Helsinki showroom, it will undergo a thorough inspection and authentication process. After this, you may either collect the item in person or have it securely shipped to you upon payment of the remaining 20% balance, with the 500€ sourcing fee deducted.

If you decide not to proceed with the purchase after the item has been sourced, your 80% deposit will be converted into Luxury Helsinki store credit, valid for two years. Please note that the sourcing fee is non-refundable in such cases.

The item price covers the entire process: sourcing the item, transporting it to our showroom, authenticating and thoroughly inspecting it, and offering you the choice of insured worldwide shipping or personal collection from our showroom.

All payments related to sourcing must be made via bank transfer due to transaction fee policies. Alternatively, we can offer the option to pay by credit card for an additional fee, typically 3–4% of the transaction value.

We exclusively offer this sourcing service for items valued at 2,000€ or above.
