ORDERS
Orders are collected from the online shop selection by adding the products to the shopping basket. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality in the online shop to pay for the purchase. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation via email. Once an order is confirmed or paid for, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, Luxury Helsinki reserves the right to cancel an order if delivery of the order or its products is deemed impossible or Shopify flags the order.

Shopify may flag orders as fraudulent for various reasons, which could prevent us from fulfilling them. If this happens, we will contact you to verify your identity—typically via video—to ensure the information provided is accurate and secure.

We appreciate your cooperation in this process. Please note that if verification is unsuccessful, we may have to cancel the order.  In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund for the cancelled items.

AUTHENTICITY
Luxury Helsinki is an independent reseller with no affiliations to the brands we sell. All copyrights remain the property of the original brand owners. Each item in our collection undergoes a meticulous authenticity verification process conducted by our specialists. We do not sell any item unless we are fully confident in its authenticity.

For items supported by Entrupy, we utilise their advanced authentication technology. These items come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) backed by a one-year financial guarantee from Entrupy. Every piece we offer is accompanied by a guarantee of authenticity and official certification, ensuring your complete peace of mind. In the rare event that an item is determined to be inauthentic, we provide a 100% refund. Please note that this refund policy does not apply to our authentication service, which exclusively offers a one-year financial guarantee through Entrupy.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is secure, and you can pay by invoice, bank deposit, gift card, store credit, credit card, or online payment. Please note that gift cards, discounts, membership points, and store credits cannot be combined in a single order. Additionally, multiple discounts or promotions cannot be used in the same order, whether or not they require codes.

The payment intermediary and service providers are Shopify Payments and Viva Payment Services S.A., Finnish branch (3125989-1), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Viva Payment Services S.A., Finnish branch, will appear as the payee on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Viva Payment Services S.A., Finnish branch, is licensed as a payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Please note that if you make an upfront payment to reserve an item, the payment is non-refundable. Instead, we will issue you a gift card for the value of the upfront payment. The gift card is valid for 24 months and can be used both in-store and online. 

SHIPPING
Orders are being shipped during workdays. Shipping costs are defined by the selected delivery method, possible extra services, shipment weight and size. The shipping costs can be seen in the check-out functionality before confirming the order. Please note that the customer is responsible for any applicable export duties, customs duties, and declarations. Additionally, fees for uncollected packages will be charged to the customer.

Please inform us without a delay – at least within 14 days – in case a product has lost or damaged in shipping. The logistics company must be also informed regarding any products damaged in shipping.

RETURNS, DEFECT LIABILITY AND RECLAMATIONS
Our products are pre-owned and sold in their current condition at the time of sale. We do not provide guarantees regarding their condition or events that may occur after purchase. An exception applies to watches: in the absence of a valid manufacturer's warranty, Luxury Helsinki offers a 12-month warranty for watches, covering manufacturing defects.

For quality-related inquiries, we recommend contacting the respective brand directly, as we are an independent reseller with no affiliation to the brands we sell. Please note that we do not have access to the complete history of each item. By purchasing from us, customers acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the item's origin or provide assurances about any previous servicing, modifications, or repairs.

Our online store is responsible for product defects in accordance with applicable law. Products purchased from our physical store do not have exchange or return rights. Products purchased via our online store have a statutory 14-day return policy, excluding gift cards as they can not be returned or exchanged.

Please inform our customer service at contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi within 3 days of receiving the item and ensure that the item is returned to our store (Rikhardinkatu 2, 00130 Helsinki) within 14 days of receiving the item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

The returned product must be in its original condition as it was at the time of purchase, with all included accessories (such as boxes and dustbags) and components intact and the red security tag must be kept on; if we detect that the product has been used, the return policy is void. 

Any defects must be reported immediately. Please contact our online store's customer support contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi as soon as you notice an issue. In case of disputes, consumers have the right to bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.

WATCH WARRANTY
In the absence of a valid manufacturer's warranty, Luxury Helsinki offers a 12-month warranty for watches, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include coverage for damage from impacts, straps, water resistance or defects resulting from misuse. During the warranty period, the watch will be repaired. MEMBERSHIP
Store credits earned through the Membership Program are valid for two years from the activation date of the customer’s Membership Card. After this period, the points will expire, and a new collection period will begin. Please note that membership points or store credits cannot be combined with other discounts or gift cards.
