By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Company Information
Luxury Helsinki Oy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online shop and a physical showroom in Helsinki, offering authenticated pre-owned luxury products to private individuals in Finland and internationally.

2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these T&C or your use of our services will be resolved under Finnish law. Consumers may bring disputes before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

3. Orders

  1. Orders are placed by selecting products in the online shop and confirming your order at checkout.

  2. Confirmed orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Luxury Helsinki reserves the right to cancel an order if delivery is impossible or the order is flagged by Shopify for verification.

  3. Verification may include identity checks. If verification fails, the order will be cancelled and the customer refunded in full.

4. Authentication Guarantee

  1. Luxury Helsinki is an independent reseller with no affiliations to the brands we sell. All copyrights remain the property of the original brand owners.

    Each piece undergoes a multi-step authentication process by our in-house specialists and, where applicable, verified by trusted third-party experts such as Entrupy and Bababebi. Luxury Helsinki lists only items whose authenticity it can confidently guarantee.

     

  3. In the unlikely event an item is determined to be inauthentic, Luxury Helsinki will cancel the transaction and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

  4. Please note that out refund policy does not apply to our authentication service, which exclusively offers a one-year financial guarantee through Entrupy.

5. Payment Methods

  1. Online: Invoice, bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), online payment, gift card, store credit.

  2. Showroom: Credit card or cash payments up to 9,990€.

  3. Gift cards, discounts, and store credits cannot be combined.

  4. Payments exceeding 10,000€ may require identity verification per anti-money laundering regulations.

  5. Upfront payments to reserve items are non-refundable and will be issued as a gift card valid for 24 months.

Payment intermediaries: Shopify Payments and Mollie Payment Services B.V., Finnish branch, in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

6. Layaway Plan

  1. Available only for products marked as eligible.

  2. Reservation fee: 25% of the total product price, non-refundable if the customer cancels.

  3. Remaining balance may be paid in instalments according to the agreed schedule.

  4. Items are handed over only after full payment. Layaway purchases are non-returnable.

  5. Late or missed payments result in automatic termination of the plan and forfeiture of the reservation fee.

7. Pre-Order and Sourcing

  1. This service is available only for items requested through our sourcing or pre-order service.

    Sourcing Fee: This fee is non-refundable if the item is located but the client chooses not to complete the purchase. If the client proceeds with the purchase, the fee is deducted from the final price.

    Deposit: Once the item is found and availability confirmed, a deposit is required to secure the item. The deposit covers securing the item, transportation to the showroom, authentication, inspection, and delivery or pickup.

  4. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due after successful authentication and inspection. Items are handed over only upon full payment. Payments via bank transfer are accepted; credit card or instalment payments may incur a 3–4% processing fee.

  5. Cancellations: Only permitted if the item is found to be defective or inauthentic.

  6. Refunds: Refunds for defective or inauthentic items are processed within 14 working days.

8. Shipping

  1. Orders are shipped on business days.

  2. Shipping fees depend on delivery method, destination, and package size. Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to the following locations: Mexico, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, the Canary Islands, Afghanistan, North Korea, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Niger, and Somalia.

  3. Customers are responsible for all export duties, customs fees, and declarations.

  4. Any fees or costs incurred for uncollected packages will be charged to the customer.

  5. Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days. Logistics companies must also be informed.

  6. Delivery times vary; Luxury Helsinki is not responsible for customs delays or restricted items.

9. Returns, Defects, and Reclamations

  1. Pre-owned items are sold in their current condition. Luxury Helsinki provides detailed descriptions and images to accurately represent each item. EU/EEA customers retain statutory rights under applicable law, which take precedence over these policies.

  2. As an independent reseller, Luxury Helsinki is not affiliated with the brands we sell. Customers acknowledge that we cannot guarantee an item’s origin, prior servicing, modifications, or repairs.

  3. Online purchases: EU/EEA customers are entitled to the statutory 14-day return period. Returns do not apply to gift cards, pre-order items, sourcing orders, or layaway purchases. Non-EU/EEA purchases are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.

  4. Please notify our customer service team at contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi within 3 days of receiving your item and arrange to return it to our store at Rikhardinkatu 2, 00130 Helsinki within 14 days of receipt. Refunds cover only the cost of the item; shipping, taxes, and any additional fees are excluded. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to organize and cover the cost of returning the item.

  5. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and security tags intact. Any new signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery will void the return.

  6. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection. Customers may choose store credit (valid for 24 months) or a refund to the original payment method.

  7. Defects must be reported immediately to contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi

  8. Purchases made in our physical store are final and cannot be returned.

10. Product Reservations

  1. Products can be reserved for 7 days with a 25% deposit (unless otherwise agreed).

  2. The remaining balance must be paid within the reservation period.

  3. If the purchase is not completed in time, the product will be released for sale, and the deposit will be converted into a Luxury Helsinki gift card, valid for 24 months from the reservation date. The gift card can be used for all items except other gift cards.

11. Watch Warranty

  1. Watches without manufacturer warranty: 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

  2. Excludes misuse, impacts, straps, water resistance, or prior damage.

  3. Watches will be repaired during the warranty period; contact contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi for service.

12. Membership

  • Store credits and membership points are valid for two years.

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or gift cards.

13. Account Security

  • Users may need to create accounts to use certain services.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

  • Luxury Helsinki is not liable for unauthorized account access.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • Luxury Helsinki is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

15. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, text, logos, and materials are owned or licensed by Luxury Helsinki.

  • Copying, modifying, distributing, or reproducing content without written permission is prohibited.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected, stored, and processed according to our Privacy Policy.

17. Miscellaneous

  • We may amend these T&C at any time; updates take effect immediately.

  • Luxury Helsinki may suspend or terminate access for breach of T&C.
