CONSIGNMENT FEES & DIRECT PURCHASES

Our pricing and consignment fees vary, as each item is unique. The consignment fee covers everything needed to give your piece the best possible chance of finding a new home, including—but not limited to—authentication, bag spa services, professional photography, marketing, worldwide shipping, and flexible payment options for the buyer. Please note that our minimum consignment fee is 300€.

At the moment, we only purchase high-demand items directly from Hermès, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. If you submit a consignment form, we may also be able to provide you with a direct purchase quote. Please note that direct quotes are typically lower than what you would receive through the consignment option.

HOW DO WE AUTHENTICATE ITEMS

Once we receive your item, it will undergo a thorough authentication process and condition inspection in order to finalise the selling price. Our experienced team of experts meticulously authenticates each item through a detailed process before it is accepted into our store. We are proud to be Entrupy-verified resellers, utilising the leading authentication software based on Artificial Intelligence, developed by data scientists. While Entrupy may not cover every item—like jewellery or specific handbag styles—we take authentication seriously. Every piece is carefully vetted by our team, and when needed, we collaborate with trusted third-party experts to ensure authenticity.

Please note, that if an item does not pass our quality control or is deemed inauthentic, it is the owner's responsibility to arrange for collection and cover the authentication fee. For Hermes bags the fee is 150€ and for other items the fee is 55€. 

CONDITION GRADES
  • A – Excellent: An item in excellent condition has been rarely used and shows no significant signs of wear.

  • B – Great: An item in very good condition has been used slightly and only exhibits minor visible signs of wear.

  • C – Very good: An item in good condition has been used frequently but well-maintained; it shows only mild or moderate signs of wear.

  • D – Good: An item in a good condition has been worn regularly and it presents visible signs of wear in the interior and on the exterior.
SELLING PERIOD

Our minimum selling period is three months, allowing your items time to find their perfect new home. After this period, we will continue offering the item for sale as usual; however, you may choose to collect it free of charge or have it returned to you at your expense. Should you wish to end the selling period before the three-month minimum, a fee will apply to cover the costs incurred up to that point.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE ITEM SELLS

We will notify you once the product is sold by sending you a Purchase Receipt for signing. Please note that this notification may be delayed by a few days due to the following reasons:

  1. 14-Day Exchange and Return Policy:
    Under Finnish law, online purchases include a 14-day exchange and return period, which begins on the date the item is delivered to the buyer.
  2. Bank Transfer Payments:
    Some buyers choose to pay via bank transfer. To accommodate this, we allow up to 7 days for the payment to be completed. Orders are shipped only after the full payment has been received.
  3. Shipping Times and Customs:
    Since we ship items worldwide, delivery times can vary significantly, especially when customs clearance is required. The 14-day exchange and return period starts only once the buyer receives the item.

Due to these factors, we are unable to release the funds to the seller immediately. This ensures that we can process any potential returns without requiring sellers to refund payments already received.

You can expect the proceeds from the sale to be deposited into your account within 14 working days after you sign the Purchase Receipt. Alternatively, you can choose a Gift Card instead of a bank transfer. If you select this option, we will add up to 10% extra to the Gift Card value compared to the payment amount. The exact amount is agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. The Gift Card will be valid for 24 months.

However, if the item is returned within the permitted return period after payment has been made to you, we will promptly notify you to arrange the next steps.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ITEM

To submit an item for our consideration, please provide as detailed information as possible and photographs of your item through our form here. Our team of experts will carefully review your submission to ensure it meets our high standards and get back to you with a price estimate along with further steps. 

HOW TO TAKE PICTURES

Please take clear photos of your item in natural daylight. We need to see both the exterior and interior condition, including all corners, any signs of wear or damage, and any items included (such as accessories or packaging).
The more detailed and well-lit the photos are, the more accurate price estimate we’ll be able to provide.
