Returns & Refunds

All items in our collection are pre-loved and may show signs of previous use or may not include all original accessories. We encourage you to read each product description carefully and contact us if you would like additional information or photographs before purchasing.

As an independent reseller, Luxury Helsinki is not affiliated with the brands we sell. We guarantee the authenticity of our products but cannot guarantee their complete history, including previous servicing, modifications or repairs.

EU/EEA Online Orders

Eligible online purchases made by consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The 14-day period begins when you receive your item. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to return your order, and no later than 14 days after delivery.

You can request a return by emailing contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi or through our online cancellation function.

The item must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notification to:

Orders Outside the EU/EEA

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns for orders outside the EU/EEA. All such sales are final unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

Showroom Purchases

Purchases made in our physical showroom are final and non-returnable for change of mind.

Return Condition

All returned items are inspected upon arrival and must be in the same condition as received.

Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, certificates, authenticity cards and Luxury Helsinki security tags intact.

Items must not show any signs of use, wear, damage, cleaning or alteration beyond reasonable inspection.

Luxury Helsinki reserves the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the item's condition has changed or the return requirements have not been met, to the extent permitted by law.

Return Costs and Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Gift Cards and Store Credit

If an item purchased with a gift card or store credit is returned, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card or store credit.

The original expiry date remains unchanged. Returns do not renew or extend the validity period.

Pre-Orders, Personal Sourcing and Layaway

These purchases are subject to their agreed cancellation terms and any applicable legal withdrawal rights, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Defects and Authenticity Concerns

If you notice a defect or have concerns about your item's authenticity, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi.

Luxury Helsinki guarantees the authenticity of every product we sell. If an item is confirmed to be inauthentic, we will accept its return and refund the full purchase price.
