Shipping Policy

 

All orders are shipped on business days, and we are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping via DHL on all orders over 1000€, with every shipment fully insured so you can receive your purchase with complete confidence. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing full tracking details.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to the following locations: Mexico, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, the Canary Islands, Afghanistan, North Korea, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Niger, and Somalia.

Customers are responsible for any applicable export duties, customs fees, and declarations. Any fees or costs incurred for uncollected packages will also be charged to the customer. Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days, and the relevant logistics company should be notified. Delivery times may vary, and Luxury Helsinki cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or restricted items.

Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Alternatively, you may choose our Showroom Collection service and personally collect your purchase from our Helsinki showroom at a time that is convenient for you.
