By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”).

1. Company Information
Luxury Helsinki Oy (“Luxury Helsinki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online store and a physical showroom in Helsinki. We specialize in authenticated pre-owned luxury goods for private clients in Finland and internationally.

2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising in connection with these T&C or our services shall be resolved in accordance with Finnish law. Consumers may also submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

3. Orders
Orders are placed through our online store by selecting products and completing checkout.

Confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled. Luxury Helsinki reserves the right to cancel an order if delivery is not possible or if the order is flagged for verification.

Verification may include identity checks. If verification is unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

4. Authentication Guarantee
Luxury Helsinki is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the brands we offer. All trademarks, copyrights, and brand rights remain the property of their respective owners.

All items undergo a multi-step authentication process conducted by our in-house specialists and, where applicable, verified by trusted third-party experts such as Entrupy and Bababebi. We list only items whose authenticity we can confidently guarantee.

If an item is subsequently determined to be inauthentic, the transaction will be cancelled and a full refund issued to the original payment method.

Please note that this refund policy does not apply to our authentication service, which carries a one-year financial guarantee provided exclusively through Entrupy.

5. Payment Methods
Online payments: Invoice, bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), online payment providers, gift cards, and store credit.

Showroom payments: Credit card or cash (up to 9,990€).

Gift cards, discounts, and store credit cannot be combined.

Payments exceeding 10,000€ may require identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Advance payments made to reserve items are non-refundable and will be issued as a gift card valid for 24 months.

Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and Mollie Payment Services B.V. (Finnish branch), in cooperation with Finnish financial institutions.

6. Layaway Plan
Available only for selected items.

A non-refundable reservation fee of 25% of the total price is required. The remaining balance is paid in instalments according to an agreed schedule.

Items are released only after full payment. Layaway purchases are non-returnable.

Late or missed payments will result in termination of the plan and forfeiture of the reservation fee.

7. Pre-Order and Sourcing
Deposit: A deposit is required once an item has been located and availability confirmed. This covers sourcing, reservation, transportation, authentication, inspection, and delivery or pickup arrangements.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due after successful authentication and inspection. Items are released only upon full payment. Bank transfer is the standard payment method; credit card or instalment payments may incur a 3–4% processing fee.

Cancellations: Permitted only if the item is defective or fails authentication.

Refunds: Refunds for defective or inauthentic items are processed within 14 working days.

8. Shipping
Orders are dispatched on business days.

Shipping fees vary depending on destination, delivery method, and package size. We currently do not ship to certain regions, including but not limited to: Mexico, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, the Canary Islands, Afghanistan, North Korea, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Niger, and Somalia.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and declarations. Any costs related to uncollected shipments will be charged to the customer.

Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days to both Luxury Helsinki and the logistics provider.

Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for customs delays or restrictions.

9. Returns, Defects, and Claims
All items are pre-owned and sold in their existing condition. We provide detailed descriptions and images to accurately represent each product. Statutory rights under EU/EEA consumer protection laws apply and take precedence where applicable.

As an independent reseller, Luxury Helsinki is not affiliated with the brands we sell. As all items are secondhand, we cannot guarantee an item’s full history, including prior servicing, modifications, or repairs.

Online purchases (EU/EEA): Customers have a statutory 14-day right of return. This does not apply to gift cards, pre-orders, sourcing orders, or layaway purchases.

Non-EU/EEA purchases: All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt via contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi, and items must be returned within 14 days.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and security tags. Any signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery will void the return.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection. Refunds cover only the item price; shipping, taxes, and additional fees are excluded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (valid for 24 months). Returns for items purchased with gift cards or store credit do not extend the original validity period.

Defects must be reported immediately to contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi.

Purchases made in-store are final and non-returnable.

10. Product Reservations
Products may be reserved for 7 days with a 25% deposit (unless otherwise agreed).

The remaining balance must be paid within the reservation period.

If the purchase is not completed within this timeframe, the item will be released for sale and the deposit will be converted into a Luxury Helsinki gift card valid for 24 months. The gift card may be used for all items except other gift cards.

11. Watch Warranty
Watches without a manufacturer warranty include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, impact, normal wear (including straps), water exposure, or pre-existing issues.

Repairs are carried out during the warranty period. For service requests, please contact contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi.

12. Membership
Store credits and membership points are valid for two years.

They cannot be combined with other discounts or gift cards.

13. Account Security
Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Luxury Helsinki is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

14. Limitation of Liability
Luxury Helsinki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

15. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, text, logos, and materials, is owned or licensed by Luxury Helsinki.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

16. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to amend these T&C at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication.

Luxury Helsinki may suspend or terminate access to its services in case of breach of these T&C.
