Luxury Helsinki – Sourcing Service and Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. Request and Wishlist
To begin, please complete the form below with a detailed wishlist of your desired item, including brand, model, specifications, and budget. Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed feasibility, we will commence the sourcing process to find the most suitable option for you.

2. Deposit
If the item is successfully located, a deposit is required to proceed with the purchase:

• Items valued under 5,000€: 50% deposit.

• Items valued above 5,000€: deposit determined on a case-by-case basis.

The deposit is necessary to secure the item from our trusted partners and confirm your commitment.

3. Authentication and Inspection
Once the item arrives at our Helsinki showroom, it will undergo a comprehensive authentication and quality inspection. Only after passing this inspection can the item be released.

Please note that, for numerous reasons, we cannot guarantee an exact timeline for the item’s arrival, but we will always strive to obtain the item as quickly as possible.

4. Collection or Delivery
After authentication, you may choose to:

• Collect the item in person at our showroom, or

• Have it securely shipped to your preferred location with full insurance.

The remaining balance, minus the deposit, is due prior to release or shipment.

5. Included Services
The total cost of the item covers:

• Locating the item

• Transport to our showroom

• Authentication and inspection

• Insured worldwide shipping or personal collection

6. Payment Methods
All payments related to sourcing must be made via bank transfer. Credit card payments are accepted with an additional 3–4% processing fee, depending on the card type.

7. Eligibility
This service is exclusively available for items valued at 2,000€ or above.

8. Refund Policy
All payments made for the sourcing service are non-refundable, unless the item is deemed inauthentic or faulty by Luxury Helsinki. In such cases, we will either:

• Apply the payment toward another item of your choice, or

• Refund the payment within 14 working days (to allow processing from the supplier).

Once an item has been confirmed, inspected, and authenticated, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Alternatively, if you decide not to keep the item, Luxury Helsinki can assist with selling it through our consignment service. A small discount may be applied to our commission, and you will receive the agreed amount once the item is sold to a new owner. Please note that we do not take responsibility for the duration it may take to sell the item.

9. Total Cost
The agreed price includes all sourcing, shipping, handling, and authentication services. No additional costs will be charged when completing the purchase through Luxury Helsinki, unless agreed otherwise, for example, in the case of specific payment methods.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Luxury Helsinki reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Sourcing Service Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients where applicable. By continuing to use our services after such modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
