Currently, the fashion industry is responsible for approximately 2-8% of global carbon emissions—more than the aviation and shipping industries combined. With low prices and rapid production and trend cycles, the industry’s greenhouse gas emissions are projected to rise by 50% by 2030.

It has been estimated, that people wear each clothing item only 7 to 10 times on average before discarding it. This contributes to an estimated 92 million tons of textile waste generated each year, with only 12% of materials used in clothing ultimately being recycled.

That’s why, on Black Friday, November 29, our showroom and online store will be closed in a stand against impulse shopping. Instead, we invite our customers to continue making thoughtful choices with us, ensuring each piece finds the home it truly deserves.
